Is my data safe with Access Evo?

Yes, Access Evo is completely safe. Your data is stored within a private secure environment and will never be shared with open AI models.

You can also set user permissions, allowing your colleagues to use Access Evo with confidence, ensuring no one can see what they shouldn't have access to.

Can AI help with my warehouse management?

Yes, AI tools can help with warehouse management. Access Evo in particular offers an AI assistant - Copilot, which can be used to help answer queries you have around your own data - whether that be analysing year on year ecommerce sales, identifying peaks in your orders, or building reports for your clients.

It also offers Feed, which brings you notifications around urgent actions such as low stock or products expiring in your warehouse.

What are some useful prompts I can use?

There's no limit to what you can ask Copilot, but here are some ideas to get you started:

"Show me all orders placed this month"

"Show me orders that are still awaiting dispatch"

"Which products were picked most this year"

Can I view previous questions I've asked Copilot?

Copilot organises your conversations into topics, making it easy to keep related questions and answers together.

To view past conversations, use the ‘Topic History’ button to browse previous chats and revisit anything you’ve asked before.
To begin a new conversation, use the ‘New Topic’ button. This will help to keep your Topic History organised and easy to navigate. Copilot will treat your next question independently with a fresh conversation.
