Who are The Fulfilment Experts?
The Fulfilment Experts (TFE) are a 3PL based in the North-East of England, UK. Established in 2022 by Co-Owners Tadeas and Laszlo, TFE have quickly grown their business by offering more than just fulfilment services. With experience and expertise in ecommerce sales and marketing, they offer clients a full range of services to partner with and help grow their client’s ecommerce businesses.
As they started their business from one of their homes, Ted and Laszlo had previous experience using Mintsoft and always knew they wanted to use it as their warehouse management system (WMS) to guarantee inventory accuracy and smooth operations.

The Challenge
Before starting their own 3PL business, both Ted and Laszlo owned their own ecommerce stores and were using the services of another 3PL. Frustrated with the service they were receiving, they took the decision to move operations in-house and start operating their own 3PL together.
Starting with only Ted’s ecommerce store’s orders, they quickly onboarded Mintsoft as their WMS and started fulfilling orders. 3 years on, they are now occupying a 60,000 sq foot warehouse in Peterlee and have grown by 300%.

But not only the volume, the type of products that we're doing. How Mintsoft has helped
From the very beginning, Ted and Laszlo wanted to offer a professional service, which is why they implemented Mintsoft. They wanted no mistakes in their inventory, order processing or shipping.
Inventory Management
To explain how Mintsoft positively impacts their inventory management, Laszlo discussed how their picking accuracy is near on 100%, and providing barcodes, products and labelling are set up correctly, there is minimum opportunity for human error in their fulfilment processes.

In addition, Mintsoft supports TFE to maintain warehouse efficiency through order batching, enabling their warehouse team to select a batch of order that is most efficient for them to speed up order picking and reduce walking time around the warehouse.
The transparency of stock levels and orders that Mintsoft offers is not only a benefit for TFE’s team, but also for their clients.
Client Relationships
Offering their clients full transparency to their operations was a crucial factor for TFE when building their business. After their own experiences of being entrepreneurs working with 3PLs, they wanted to ensure their clients had full access to their data at any time.
Laszlo discussed how they pitch Mintsoft to their clients, to explain the benefits of the system and build trust in the partnership:
“We pitch Mintsoft as our digital warehouse - their digital warehouse. We say, we want you to feel that you have access to your warehouse and you do via Mintsoft.
You can track your orders, see the status of orders, see your inventory, see what inbound stock's been received, and see the status of an ASN. The benefits are countless, not just for us as a 3PL, but again for our customers.
It's a big responsibility and trust is a massive factor in onboarding a new customer, and Mintsoft gives us that step closer. The initial relationship is strengthened so quickly with a customer using a system like this because they don't feel like they're in the dark.”
Invoicing
To further build trust and offer transparency to their clients, TFE use Mintsoft’s 3PL billing functionality to build itemised invoices from tracked activity within the system, offering their clients full visibility of each action taken and leaving no doubt as to what they’ve done or how much the client has been charged.

What’s next for The Fulfilment Experts
TFE continues to grow it’s presence in the UK, onboarding new clients and helping to expand their ecommerce businesses and as they continue their growth trajectory, their ambition is to go global. First into the EU, as customer demand increases for a TFE-ran warehouse in the EU, with longer term goals to further expand into South America and the UAE.
