Cartons & Pallets Enhancements

Batch Templates

Added toggle to batch templates to include orders with only carton/pallets stock

Optional Prefix

Mintsoft has made the prefix field optional for when creating new or updating existing carton/pallet types. This'll allow users to receive cartons/pallets with external codes without having to apply an internal preifx ID.

Warehouse User Accounts: Last API Key Generated

Added a new column to the warehouse user accounts page that’ll show a date and time of when the last API key was generated for a user.

Resolved issue of removing items from orders cause stock issues

Unleashed- Warehouse Transfers not importing

The customer has got warehouse transfers which are not syncing through to mintsoft from unleashed

QuickBooks - "Connect" button not working

Fix an error when trying to connect Quickbooks account in Mintsoft

Intercom - Unable to send/ receive CSV files

Fixed an issue from Intercom of unable to send/receive CSV files

Scheduled return report missing order number field

Resolve an issue where scheduled reports were being sent with the Order number filed missing.

UAE not supported for receiving ETD data for Fedex

Fixed an issue, where the code in Mintsoft  allows for the UAE (country code AE) to receive Electronic Trade Data

Shopify- Add import error for connection deactivating

Adding an "deactivation error" for Shopfiy that updates timestamp every time a new order is attempted to make sure the error is not missed

Unleashed: Stock sync – Serial & Batch Numbers

We have added Serial and Batch number support to our Mintsoft to Unleashed connection.

Cartons & Pallets Enhancements

Inventory Report

Mintsoft has added a new report which allows users to view the stock on cartons & pallets in their warehouse. 

This report is accessible under inventory reports and can also be added to the list of scheduled reports so that you can keep on top of your warehouse stock daily, weekly or Monthly.

Label Size

Updated the label size so that when printing a label for your cartons and pallets, via bulk print or individually, to 6x4 inch. This updated label size also applies to cartons and pallets created on Mintsoft’s mobile app.

Item Upload

Mintsoft has added the option to upload an items batch number, serial number and expiry date when using the Carton and pallet item upload.

Book Inventory

To improve the ease of booking new stock in to a carton or pallet, Mintsoft have added cartons and pallets as destination location options under the existing book inventory flow.

Carton & Pallet creation

We have simplified the flow when creating a carton or pallet via Mintsoft web, now users will be able to select all options from one screen!

Palletways: Add Account confirm Configuration

Added a new confirm toggle to the Palletways account page. When this toggle is enabled, we perform the commit job to the Palletways portal and returns tracking IDs. If this option is disabled, we do not retrieve tracking IDs and the job will need to be confirmed at a later date from the Palletways portal.

Despatch Notes: Promo Image

Added a fix so that clients’ promo image displays on the despatch notes.

Replenishment report

Resolved an issue so that only products, with an available location to replen from, appear on the replenishment report.

Japanese Character Translation

Resolved an issue, so that Japanese characters for addresses and names are translated correctly and displayed on shipping labels.

Shopify Stock sync

Fixed an issue with Shopify’s stock sync not filtering product changes properly.

DHL: Weight

Resolved an issue where orders with items with small weights were rounding down to 0kg when being despatched using DHL

Scurri – External Ref

Fixed a bug that was causing Scurri shipments to fail, when the external reference started with a ‘#’

Order Rules – tags

Fixed an issue, where order rules were not being ran for the ‘Required delivery date’ condition.

Warehouse and client user access

We have resolved an issue on the order overview page, so that client and warehouse users can no longer see courier services that they should not have access to.

Custom template filter

Resolved an issue so that custom templates are correctly selected.
