Improvements Made this Release:

Partner & Custom Carriers: Rework Dimensions

Users that make use of Mintsoft’s Partner and Custom Carriers, can now use the dimensions from rework items marked as a shipping box, for packaging.

The updated logic means that if a rework item has been scanned we will use the dimensions associated to that, else the largest product dimensions if we have them else we use a default size.

Increased Carton & Pallet Character limit

Mintsoft has increased the character limit when creating, editing or uploading cartons and pallets to 30 characters including the prefix.

Creation of a Carton or Pallet via AS

We have fixed an issue for users with the Cartons & Pallets module, wanting to create a carton or pallet when receiving an ASN. We have updated our method to look at the next sequence number, where as before the value was going up by 8.

Client user access to Cartons & Pallets

Mintsoft has removed client user access to the Cartons & Pallets module so that they’ll no longer have the side menu option.

Gross Profit per SKU Report

Fixed an issue so that the correct Total VAT value is displayed on the Gross Profit per SKU report.

Etsy – Alt Codes

For Etsy’s product sync, we have added functionality to inform users if an alternative code cannot be added or a product cannot be created in Mintsoft.

Courier Service Selection

Resolved an issue so that users can filter the last updated field as expected for courier service selection.

Improvements Made this Release:

Cartons & Pallets – Add “All” Client Option

Added an All option for client, when uploading cartons and pallets to Mintsoft.

APC – Added Dimension Support

Added dimensions support to our APC integration, which can be provided via Extra Code 5 and in the format length, width and height. Our APC integration will now also support dimensions provided by rework items which are marked as shipping box.

Note: If a rework item, marked as shipping box, exists then we will ignore the dimensions in Extra Code 5.

Cartons & Pallets – Creating via ASN

Fixed and issue on the web application where users were unable to create New cartons or Pallets on an ASN.

Warehouse Users – Locked Out & Online Columns

Fixed an issue on the Warehouse user accounts screen, with the Locked out and Online columns not sorting or filtering correctly.

Unconfirmed Invoices Report – Incorrect Data

Resolved an issue where the incorrect data was being displayed on the unconfirmed invoices report.

Back Orders – Double Stock Allocations

Fixed an issue where allocating stock to a non-default warehouse could cause the allocated and On Back Order values on the order line to be incorrect.

Amazon – Order Sync

Updated our Amazon order sync, so that if the number of days to check is set to 0; then we will only pull orders updated on Amazon since the last order sync was started.

Order Allocation – Main Warehouse

Resolved an issue where stock allocated from a warehouse other than the default was not reset to the default warehouse after Unallocate Stock was used.
