Mintsoft Product Updates

Improvements Made this Release:

Norwegian Tax (VOEC) – Added support for DHL, Deutsche Post, Fedex & the Courier Developer Portal

Mintsoft has increased it’s offering of support of Norwegian Tax by adding support to our DHL, Deutsche Post & FedEx integration, whilst also adding support to our Courier developer portal.

Note: If the order is any currency other than NOK, a conversion rate will need to be setup in Mintsoft.

Batches – Added New Minimum & Maximum number of SKUs per order filters

Added two new filters so that users can input values for the minimum and maximum number of SKUs on an order. Once populated, only orders that meet that criteria will be included in the batch.

Amazon Shipping – Courier Service Name

So that Mintsoft’s customers can stay compliant with Amazon’s valid tracking rate threshold, Extra code 1 against External courier service names can be used to populate the shipping method (Delivery service) for Amazons tracking notifications

Norsk – Order Value

Updated the Norsk integration so that instead of the order value passed being passed as a whole number it will now be sent with decimals instead

Unleashed – Diminishing SKU

Added the ability to ignore, never diminishing SKUs when creating sales shipments on Unleashed.

Enhanced Authentication

So that Mintsoft maintains a high level of security, the following changes have been implemented;

• Password Confirmation: Users must now enter their password when updating their email address in User Settings.
• Forgot Password Process: On the login page, users requesting a password reset will receive an OTP and must enter it before resetting their password.
• Weak Password Prevention: A validation has been introduced to restrict the use of weak passwords.
• Password History Enforcement: Users are prohibited from reusing any of their last five passwords when updating their password.

Unleashed – Purchase order

Adjust the flow to ensure Purchase Orders are Completed before attempting to Ship any orders for a given SKU.

Improvements Made this Release:

P2P (FedEx Cross Border): Update Endpoint

Updated the endpoint used by P2P (FedEx cross border) to use version 3 of their API.

Product Overview: Updated Toggle

Updated the Show Discont Products toggle to say Show Discontinued Products.

Customs Information: VOEC - Norwegian VAT

We’ve added a new VOEC field under Clients > Customs Information for users to add their 7 digit VOEC number. This number will then be passed to supported carriers for shipments to Norway.

Intersoft: Add support of VOEC

We now support sending shipments to Norway with Intersoft. The VOEC number, which will be sent instead of the IOSS number, will be sent to Intersoft when the value or individual goods are below 3000 Norwegian Krone at the point of sale

Note: If your Mintsoft order is in a currency other than Norwegian Krone, a conversion rate will need to be set up.

Amazon: Stock Sync

So that all stock syncs correctly for our Amazon MFN connection, we have made the ASIN field optional for marking products as Amazon FBA active.

Cartons & Pallets: Transferring stock out of a carton

Fixed an error when transferring stock out of a carton.

API Calls: Batch Data

Updated Product/StockFlow and Product/StockFlowFiltered API endpoints to include additional information on Stock Flow Details when Include Details parameter is true.

Etsy: Stock Sync

To improve the stock sync of variations of products on Etsy, we have added the properties of Price, SKU and quantity.
