Improvements Made this Release:
DHL eCommerce UK: Contact Details
We have updated the DHL eCommerce UK integration to use the warehouse details as the sender address
contact details. As part of the changes we have updated the integration to provide the forename and
surname for the name field of the consignee address and the company name will be mapped to company
name.
DX Despatch Manager: Order Number
We now offer the ability provide the order number in the reference field for DX Despatch manager
shipments. To do this go to Shipping Management > Extras > Courier references and set Reference 1 to
Order Number.
Update to User Roles:
Shipping Zones
We have made an adjustment to our user roles so that a user with the role Admin view shipping zones, can
now see the items within the zone. As part of these changes we have also hidden any delete buttons where
the user doesn’t have the relevant role within the shipping zone configuration.
Returns
To delete a return a user must now have the new Admin Delete return user role enabled.
Bugs Fixed in this Release:
Yodel via NetDespatch: Integrated Labels
Resolved an issue so that when Download PNG for use on Integrated despatch notes is enabled on a Yodel
account will correctly print an integrated despatch note.
Edit Country
Added a fix so that users can successfully save and edit the name of a country.

Improvements Made this Release:
Increase to Max Item Weight
We have increased the max item weight that a product can be to 100,000kg
Recurring Invoice Item: Added Warehouse Option
We have added the ability for users to select which warehouse a recurring invoice item applies to when
creating or editing invoice items, so that users can accurately create invoices for a specific warehouse. Users
will have the option to select ALL and the ability to filter invoice items by the warehouse.
FedEx: Added Signature Options
We have added the option for customers to set different signature options, which will be managed via Extra
Code 7.
The Valid options are; Adult, Direct, Indirect and No signature required. If extra code 7 is left empty then it
will default to the current behaviour and return service default and automatically apply the default option
for any given service
FedEx: Added Saturday Service
Added the Saturday service option to the FedEx integration which can be enabled on a service by entering
TRUE in Extra Code 8.
Shopify: Updated Public app to include latest version
Added API version 2024-01 to the dropdown on the edit and create Shopify pages.
Amazon Shipping: Seller Display Name
We have added the seller display name to the shipment requests for both Amazon Shipping and Amazon
shipping Direct. We take the seller display name from Mintsoft’s Client Short name.
UPS: Shipment Cancellation
Added support for cancelling UPS shipments via the Mintsoft cancel shipment function.
Unleashed: Reword title of field on Connector
Updated the field ASNs imported as awaiting delivery to now read ASNs imported as Awaiting Delivery
(Rather than NEW).
Bugs Fixed in this Release:
ASN Receipt: Booking In
Fixed an issue so users are able to view existing locations an SKU is in when booking stock in on an ASN.
Product in Location Report: Email and Entry Notification
Added a success message in for the products in location report so that if the report has greater than 50,000
records the report will be generated in the background and the user notified and emailed once this is
complete. As part of this fix users will successfully receive their report via email when there are over 50,000
records in the report
Magento: Editing Account
Resolved an issue so users are able to edit their Magento account successfully after creation.
Editing Account – Account Integrations
Fixed issues around editing Mintsoft’s account integrations and improved the authorisation attempts when
loading in ledger account information.
DHL eCommerce UK: Domestic Shipments
We fixed an issue where all DHL E-Commerce UK shipments were including the IOSS number, rather than
only those with the destination of the EU and value < 150 GBP.
DHL eCommerce UK: Editing & Saving Accounts
We fixed an issue where Editing and existing DHL E-Commerce UK accounts were causing an error and not
saving changes.
Norsk NL: Adjust Date Time for Ready by Date
Adjusted the ready by date for Norsk NL to European time.
Unleashed: PO import to ASN
Updated connection to automatically trim comments on purchase order items when importing to ASNs.
Unleashed: Delivery Contact
Adjusted logic to only require Email, and either Phone OR Mobile on the Unleashed Delivery Contact details,
where before we required Email, Phone and Mobile in order to use it
Quickbooks connection
Added improvements around how we display accounting connections to client users.
The Range: Order dispatch
Updated The Range integration to add the range product reference/ product code as a products alternative
code in Mintsoft.
