Improvements Made this Release:

Vend HQ: Oauth Update 

Updated our Vend HQ integration to use the new OAuth 2 specification. Existing connections will still work but should be re-authenticated to move the new OAuth spec. 

To re-auth, disconnect the existing connection, then click "Auth Lightspeed/Vend HQ, log into your store, and then click connect when directed to your Lightspeed page.

Custom Despatch Notes: Total Volume (CBM)

We have added a Total volume tag (#TOTALVOLUME#) to be used on custom despatch notes.

AusPost: Added Rework Dimension option 

Dimensions for rework items can now be used as the parcel dimensions for AusPost, users must make sure that the Is Shipping Box is ticked via Picking and Packing > Overview > Manage barcode rework items.

Note: The rework dimensions will override both the default dimensions and those set in extra code 5 if a shipping box rework item has been scanned on the order.

Order Overview: Batch & Serial Search

Enhanced the search on the order overview so that a user can search for "serial:" followed by an exact serial number to see the order upon which that serial was scanned. Same for "batch:". 

Note: this is exact matches only.

Parcelforce: Required Sender Name

Updated the Parcelforce integration to map the Sender Name under the recipient contact section.

Unleashed: Import Custom Purchase Order and Sales Order Status’

Added support for custom Sales Order and Purchase order status’ to be imported to Mintsoft.

Mintsoft Print Tool: A6 and Scaling support

Added support for A6 template size in Mintsoft, which will allow users to print documents in A6. As part of this change the print tool will resize and change the orientation of a document based on the template size set on Mintsoft to ensure labels and documents are correctly printed.

Exporting Confirmed Invoices

We improved the speed for viewing and exporting confirmed invoices via the 3PL accounting menu. As part of this fix the parsing of values for the Cost price courier by Order report has been improved.

Shopify: Unauthorised connections

Updated Shopify to get the access token from Shopify to force an "offline" token. Customers will be required to re-install the Mintsoft App in Shopify to get the token again if this happens.

Print Tool: Workspace Credentials

Fixed a bug where Workspace organization names were not tied to existing Mintsoft customers already in Workspace.

API: Order List

Improved the performance of the Order/List endpoint.

Veeqo: Client user role

Added a client user role for Veeqo for access to the set up screen.

Star Ship It: MyPost Business – Signature required

Updated the mapping for field signature required so it pulls the value from extra code 2 instead of setting it to True by default.

Sage Business Cloud: Error Logging

Improved the error logging for Sage Business Cloud when no country is selected, or a product/line item doesn’t have a SKU.

Unleashed & Snap Fulfil: Error Logging

Improved error logging for both Unleashed and Snap Fulfil for stock sync errors where Mintsoft is not the master of stock. We have also improved error logging for Unleashed relating to Add shipment and Update shipment.

Quantity expected field

Added mapping of the Quantity Expected field on the ASN CSV export. 

Order Rule: Calculate Despatch Date

Fixed a bug so that the calculate despatch date will be set for the next working day when Ship on Saturday and Ship on Sunday are disabled.

Client & Warehouse Users: User Types

Fixed an issue where the user type templates were not applying roles correctly.

Unleashed: Order Export

Improved the order export from Mintsoft to Unleashed so that we will automatically round values from 5 decimal places to 4 decimal places and post adjustments for any rounding issues.

Custom Commercial Invoice: Description tag

Added a fix so that the description tag will now pull the description from the product instead of the customs description.

Shopify: Account Connections

Updated method to get the access token from Shopify to force an "offline" token. When not specifying a type, the token should already be offline, customers will be required to re-install the Mintsoft App in Shopify to get the token again.

Improvements Made this Release:

Customs Reports: Add to Reports side menu

Users can now view customs reports and access the custom reports builder from the reports side bar menu. Users will still be able to access both these options through Reports > Custom reports and Order Integrations > Custom model respectively.

Order Overview Enhancements

Improved the search performance on Mintsoft’s order overview. As well as providing users with the ability to search orders by SKU.

Note: When searching by SKU, users must use the prefix sku:

Scurri: Added Mapping

Added improved mapping to the Scurri connector so that we now correctly map the customers first and last names. As well as now mapping the identifier to Reference 2, which will default to client name.

Note: These can also be changed via Shipping > Extras > Courier References.

DX Express: Added Mapping

Mapped the Delivery Note field from Mintsoft to the Special instructions field on DX API request so the delivery comment shows on the courier label. 

Scan Actions: Added the ability to Generate a Commercial Invoice without requiring selecting a courier.

Added the ability for users to view and print commercial invoices from the Print Despatch Note button when no Courier is selected. If a courier is selected and a shipment is generated, then a commercial invoice will be generated as before.

Vend HQ: Oauth Update

Star Ship It: Added Mapping

For the Star Ship It integration we have added mapping of Mintsoft's order email to Star Ship It's destination email.

Courier Developer Portal: Multiple parcel requests

We have added an improvement that will now allow single unit orders to request multiple labels.

Location storage Charges

Made a fix to prevent duplicate location storage charges being charged.

Despatch Notes

Amended Mintsoft’s despatch notes to prevent an unneeded gap when a logo isn’t used.

User Mobile Picking Report: Increase time out

Increased the timeout for the user mobile picking report to 200s so that the return can return all results.

Product Warehouse Allocation Back button

When clicking Back on a warehouse allocation rule page the user will now be taken to the warehouse allocation rule overview instead of stock feed rules.

Unleashed: Order Export

Improved the error handling when creating customer entities in Unleashed.

Unleashed: Assembly Import

Updated the assembly import so that assemblies are only imported as ASNs, when the destination of the ASN, is equal to the warehouse set on the connector.

Star Ship It: Shipment Manifests

Fixed issue with multi parcel shipments which will now allow users to complete the manifest.

Client Pages Validation

Added validation to the create and view client pages.

API: Product Search

Improved response times for queries returning multiple results.

Kit Deletions

Added validation that will now prevent Kit cancellations in a Complete or Cancelled state.

Improvements Made this Release:

Cartons & Pallets: Renamed Stock Actions

Renamed the Stock actions when transferring stock into or out of a carton/pallet, the wording has also been updated so the action is specific to the carton or pallet.

Users wishing to transfer into their carton/ pallet can now use the stock actions Transfer stock into this carton or Transfer stock into this pallet. Users wishing to transfer stock out of their carton/ pallet can now use the stock actions Transfer stock out of this carton or Transfer stock out of this pallet. 

Batch Mobile Picking Report

We have added the option to schedule the batch mobile picking report as well as resolving a bug that will correctly apply the warehouse filter to the report.

MyParcel: Parcel Dimensions 

Added the ability to populate the parcels dimensions with either a Rework item or via Extra code 2.

NetSuite Integration Upgrade

Updated our NetSuite integration to version 2024.1.

Product: Removing categories

Resolved an issue so that when removing the category from a product, when saved the category will be successfully removed.

Quickbooks: Invoice Exports

Fixed an issue, so that admin costs are now included when exporting invoices to Quickbooks.

Zoho Inventory: Account deactivation

Updated the integration to deactivate accounts that have been disabled on Zoho.

Intersoft: Commercial Invoices

Added additional checks to see if the order is going to the Channel Islands or Northern Island, which will prevent Mintsoft producing a commercial invoice.
