Improvements Made this Release:

Windsor Framework Support

The Windsor framework is an agreement, which goes live on the 31st of March 2025, between the UK and the EU designed to ease the flow of goods between Great Britain and Northern Ireland. As part of this work we have added support to the following integrations as part of our initial release, after being identified as the highest priority. Should you use an integration that isn’t on this list and you require support of the Windsor Framework, please contact our support team.

UKIMS

If a courier requires your UKIMS number, please ensure the field located under client details > Customs Information is populated. 

Recipient type

If the courier requires the recipient type (B2B/B2C), users will have the ability to set the recipient for an order via Manual input, CSV upload (Multi line and single order) and API. So that you can check which orders have a certain recipient type we have added a filter to the order overview. 

Note: If the recipient type field is left blank when creating a manual order, then the recipient type will be set by default as B2C.

DHL eCommerce UK

Required for a successful DHL eCommerce UK shipment; Recipient type (B2B/B2C), EORI number, UKIMS number and country of manufacture.

DPD & DPD Local

Required for a successful DPD or DPD local shipment; Recipient type (B2B/B2C), UKIMS number.

DX Express 

Required for a successful DX Express shipment; Recipient type (B2B/B2C), Recipient EORI, Quantity, product description, origin country code, commodity code, weight value..

DX 1-Man

Required for a successful DX 1-man shipment; Origin country code, EORI number, description of goods, commodity code, country code, weight, value, value currency.

Evri

Required for a successful Evri shipment; Commodity code, description of items.

FedEx

Required for a successful FedEx shipment; UKIMS number, HS Code, Weights, value and item descriptions.

GFS

Required for a successful GFS shipment; EORI Number, description of goods, quantities, weights and UKIMS number.

Huxloe

Required for a successful Huxloe shipment; EORI number, product description, HS code, quantity, country of manufacture, weight, item value.

Intersoft

Required for a successful Intersoft shipment; Recipient type (B2B/B2C), 

If the shipment is B2B then we will also require the destination EORI number.

ParcelHub

Required for a successful Parcelhub shipment; Recipient type (B2B/B2C), country of origin, product description, HS code, Value, Weight, quantity.

The Delivery Group (Secured Mail)

Required for a successful Delivery group shipment; Product description, Product HS commodity code, Product country of origin, total retail value of the parcel, total parcel weight and dimensions.

Magento 2: Order Import

Added a new setting to the Magento connection, to be used for exporting order from Mintsoft where the values are percentages, which will consider the discount tax compensation amount.

AusPost: Safe Drop Service

Added support for AusPost’s Safe drop enabled service, which can be controlled by setting extra code 7 to TRUE and where the default is FALSE.

FedEx: Freight Charge

For FedEx’s Freight charge we will now send the shipping total value in the request.

DHL Express: DAP incoterm

For our DHL Express integration we have added support of the DAP incoterm. This can now be sent in the shipment request by setting extra code 2 to DAP.

Courier Developer Portal – Multi parcel orders

Added support of multi parcel labels created via our partner carriers.

 

Bugs Fixed in this Release:

External Returns: Reference and Comment Fields

Resolved an issue so that the reference and comment fields on an external return will save correctly with the updated information when a user clicks save.

Despatch Note 

Fixed an issue where despatch notes were missing crucial information. After the fix the address, return address and order barcode will be present.

User Settings: Default Batch Size

Fixed an issue so that new users will be able to save their user settings on creation, the default batch size field has been set to 200.

Product Overview: Bundles

Improved the display of bundle inventory on the product overview, when the relevant user setting is disabled.

Improvements Made this Release:

Secured Mail Rebranded to The Delivery Group

A complete rebrand of Secured Mail, the courier integration, so that any references to the integration will now be replaced by The Delivery Group.

User Settings: Update to Default value

We have updated following settings to new defaults when creating a new user.

•    General > Side Bar Open As Default - ON
•    Order Overview Defaults > Default Order Status On Overview - ALL
•    Product Overview Defaults > Show Bundles In Product Overview By Default - ON
•    Product Overview Defaults > Show Bundle Info In Product Overview – ON

Products: Commodity Codes

Added validation when adding commodity codes to products via API.

Third Party Courier – Block Adding New Services

If a user tries to add a new service against a third party courier, Mintsoft will new block this as these services won’t be supported.

Etsy: Legacy Authentication

Re-added the option to our Etsy connection that will allow users with existing Etsy connections to stay authorised via the legacy method.

Note: It is strongly advised that users still using the legacy authentication method migrate to the newer authorisation method as soon as possible to avoid any disruptions with your connection. A guide on how to migrate can be found on our Etsy Integration article. 

Courier Developer Portal: Auto Split Items Into Parcels

We have updated our logic to automatically split items over the parcels on an order, where there is no record of products being scanned into specific boxes.

Connect Overview: DPD and DPD Local

Fixed an issue when navigating to DPD and DPD local from the connect overview page.

Third Party Courier – Add Support if No Channel

Added support to the Courier developer portal, where an order does not have a channel assigned.

Courier Developer Portal – Shipment Cancellation

Fixed a bug relating to cancelling shipments created via a Custom/Partner carrier.

Star Ship It – Sender City

Added mapping for Star Ship Its optional city field for their New Zealand carriers.
